Tuition

Registration Process
1. Pay your application fee
2. Pay your 1 week deposit
3. Complete all forms and start school.

Application Fee
There is a one-time non-refundable application fee of $75 per family, required to reserve a spot for your child.  There are no fees for submitting application for enrollment.

Tuition Deposit
A deposit equal to one week of your child's tuition is required to enroll in the center. This amount will be applied to your child's last week s tuition payment. Failure to submit a written notice two weeks prior to withdrawal will result in forfeiture of your one-week deposit.

Tuition
Tuition is due every Friday by 6:30 p.m. for the coming week. Payments received after the following Monday will have a $10.00 per day fee. Failure to pay the complete balance by Friday can result in an interruption in your childcare services.

Meals
Breakfast, Morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack will be provided to the children following the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and is included in the tuition.
 
Late Arrival
The opening and closing times are strictly observed. A $1.00 per minute late charge will be assessed to all parents picking up children after 6:30p.m. Failure to pay late pickup charges or frequent late pickups may result in dismissal.

 Return Check Fee
A fee of $35.00 plus any bank charges will be charged for any returned check. Cash or money orders will be required as payment for a returned check and all future tuition and fee payments.

Activity/Supply Fee
Activity and supply fee is required at the beginning of your child s registration and again at the beginning of every year. The non-refundable fee applies to children ages one and up, Full and Part-time. The school year activity fee covers summer time, extracurricular activities and special event resources: School year activity Fee: $100.00 for infants & Toddlers, $165 for two's and preschoolers.

Tuition for Nanda (AspenHill Rd.) is $190 per week.  We only accept children 2 years and older at the AspinHill location.    AspinHill locationhours are 7:00a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
